I will show how to prepare Aji de Gallina, a spicy Peruvian chicken stew that has its origins in Medieval Europe. And I will talk about the history of Pisco, including the legendary Pisco Punch cocktail that was born in San Francisco over 100 years ago. A tasting of the stew and the cocktail will be served at the end of the cooking demonstration.
