very cool and congratulations! that's a huge accomplishment and such an inspiration. Can you say what you do as a vegan to keep yourself in top shape during training? I'm plant based too and sometimes worry that I'm not getting a balanced diet in training (not for running but other sports). thanks!

Thank you! 🙏🏽 I talk about training and food with my friends all the time, and often during a workout I think a lot about what I am going to eat when I am done! Mostly, I focus on foods for recovery: a typical post-run meal is a rice bowl with beans or lentils, a protein like a soy-based meat alternative, and some greens. But nutrition during a workout is also important, knowing how much carbs, electrolytes, and water to have at regular intervals. All the best in your training!
