These look delicious, and thank you for the video, it helps with the braiding. As an alternative to the plant-based ground beef I'll try cooked lentils as well, I bet they'd work too.

Thank you! Yes, I think lentils will work nicely too. I've done spinach and also mushrooms. I think just about any savory dish can be used as filling for an empanadaβ€”Happy New Year!
