Learn about the history of the spirit that was first distilled in Peru 400 years ago and discover its long-time connection to San Francisco. Starting with the classic Pisco Sour, you’ll be making simple syrup, slicing limes, and cracking eggs in order to mix and shake your own cocktails. Bring an 8 oz. jar to take home a special coffee infused Pisco we’ll be making in class.
