I write about Pisco because it’s in my blood, and I write about Peruvian food because it’s in my heart. Travel nourishes my spirit and inspires me as writer, mixologist, and chef. I’ve written and done photography for digital and print publications, most recently Imbibe, Eaten, and New Worlder.

I’ve also served as a consultant for authors, NPR, and United Airlines. Newspapers have interviewed me, and a Japanese food blog featured my ceviche masterclass.
